**COVID 3.0 UPDATE: Due to the  Movement Control Order imposed by the Malaysian Government from 1 June  2021, please expect a delay in order processing and fulfilment due to our limited operating hours, we will fulfil your orders as soon as we are allowed to resume operations **  


We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you! We make your order our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely at the check-out page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt. Shipping costs calculated at check out. 

  • We ship via Malaysia Post 1-3 days after your order is processed. An email with delivery conformation (and tracking details if available) will be sent to customer upon mailing. After mailing, 
  • Orders to Peninsular & East Malaysia are normally received within 1-5 business days
  • Orders to South East Asia are normally received within 4-16 business days
  • Orders to All Other Countries are normally received within 5-20 business days

We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends. All orders will be processed within 3 business days for dispatch upon which an Dispatch confirmation email will be emailed to you. You may track your parcel with the tracking code provided on the email. All deliveries will be attempted at least once, within 3 working days from the Dispatch confirmation email and all parcels require a signature upon delivery so please provide a delivery address that will be attended between 9am-5pm; please note, we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name.

We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Maarimaia ships on a DDU ( delivery duty unpaid ) basis. Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. As the recipient , you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Please note, we are unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.

 

Delays

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons.. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Customer Care will contact you immediately.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online.

Insurance

Maarimaia insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Maarimaia and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

 

Important Information

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 72 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 6 business days for shipments to be dispatched
